Itha, (pron. I-tha) has been hand-making her gourmet Christmas Plum Puddings for over 50 years to a traditional recipe inherited from her grandmother. This old fashioned recipe dates back to at least 1912.

We are an independent Australian distillery founded in 2014 by a group of West Australian spirit enthusiasts who share a passion for handcrafted, quality spirits. Our reason for being is simple: to craft superb Australian spirits, the traditional way.

Home Hill Winery is nestled in the picturesque Huon Valley, a short thirty-minute drive south of Hobart. With stunning views of the surrounding vines, pastures, livestock and mountains, we are a country retreat where our guests enjoy the quiet peacefulness of this paradise away from the hustle and bustle.
