COAST norfolk island is owned and operated by Norfolk Islanders. We trace our history back to the Pitcairn Settlers and the descendants of the Bounty Mutineers. We have owned the property on the coast of norfolk island for over 40 years.During this time we developed the "Ponderosa" apartments which promoted island hospitality with everything you could need for that perfect holiday.COAST norfolk island is the refurbishment of this property as we grow with the traveller.Our rebranding and refurbishment offers more to the original Ponderosa traveller. We want you to escape into our new on site Day Spa that we built from local stone and offer a lush menu of pacific inspired treatments and massage.We want you to explore with cars included in our tariff,the free use of bikes and picnic baskets for that perfect spot.We want you to find the secret spots and the surprises of COAST , like our new coast walk which takes you from the accommodation, across our ridge , down through convict ruins and finishes at the beach. We want to show you Norfolk as a guest with free use of our fishing rods,snorkelling gear and golf clubs and the local knowledge to be able to tell you where that perfect spot is depending on conditions.
