Established in 2012 eve workwear has been developed by Directors of eve renovations, Laura Madden and Juanita Mottram. Eve renovations, created in 2010 as an all female construction company based in Brisbane, Australia. It strives to employ qualified tradeswomen and to provide a pathway for female apprentices to work in the construction industry.
Laura and Juanita got tired of not being able to buy workwear that looked good and fitted well, so they starting designing and wearing their own clothing label, eve workwear.
eve workwear has been developed for all women who want to look and feel confident when working in their trade, profession, DIY or leisure activities. The collection of workwear has been developed by women working in an industry that demands quality, practical and durable clothing to withstand the harshest conditions.
All eve workwear has been independently tested and rated UPF50+ excellent protection. Encompassing a wide range of colours the workwear is handmade and only uses the highest of quality of materials and workmanship. Using 100% cotton breathable fabric for the workwear ensures long lasting, durable clothing developed specific for the industries and a woman's needs.
The workwear has been designed and tested by women, taking into account their needs and experiences.
A wide range of garments from jumpers, vests, scarves, hats, shawls and yarns all made from Alpaca fibre with its silky soft, durable qualities can be found at the Australia Alpaca Centre. We have become famous for providing garments valued for their lustre, lightness, warmth and wearability.
Husband and wife team Nicola and Carl had a dream to design lightweight merino clothing that was stylish, comfortable and practical, and get it manufactured right here in Tasmania.
