We are an independent Australian distillery founded in 2014 by a group of West Australian spirit enthusiasts who share a passion for handcrafted, quality spirits. Our reason for being is simple: to craft superb Australian spirits, the traditional way.

The Olive Cafe is located in the Village & is one of the busiest cafes on the island. Open 7 days from 6.30am - 3pm for breakfast, brunch, lunch, morning & afternoon teas. Serving campos coffee, delicious meals, cakes, drinks and daily specials.

Chris owner and founder, Christos Tassios, believes that good food brings people together. hence Chris Food Culture was born. Sharing our culture means sharing our values providing Australians with high quality Dips and Yoghurts made locally using fresh wholesome ingredients that are full of flavour and easy to plate up and entertain!
